We work to ensure high-end products with beautiful designs. Please remember to refer to our fabrics and product care guide on every product description on the website.

In short, we’re not that difficult when it comes to returns and exchanges. We firmly stand behind our products and do our utmost best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to return your purchase within fourteen (30) days of receipt of the product and there’s no need to tell us why. 

Returns or exchanges:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. All returns are free of charge for sizing mistakes or defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fervora.shop. Please note that returns will need to be sent to either: Colombia or Switzerland.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the sizing is incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fervora.shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or faulty Products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a Product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within a three (3) month period equivalent to a voucher for www.fervora.shop.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Refunds
If a consumer exercises their right to withdraw within the specified timeframe, Férvora will promptly reimburse the amount received from the consumer as a voucher for www.fervora.shop. This reimbursement will include the original delivery costs but exclude the return costs. The reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days from the day FÉRVORA is notified of the consumer's decision to withdraw. The return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the consumer wants to exchange the product, no additional return or delivery costs will be charged. FÉRVORA has the right to hold the reimbursement until the product is received or until the consumer provides sufficient evidence of having sent back the product within the designated time frame, whichever comes first.
