Shipping policy
Our deliveries are only made on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays.
The delivery time starts counting from the payment confirmation and can be affected by major force, as well as the population where you are and the day and time you make the purchase.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Later, when your order is shipped, we will send a new email with the tracking number (Tracking Number) with which you can find out the actual location of the product and the estimated delivery date with the carrier.
